Les principales m\u00e9thodes \u00e9tablies et efficaces \u00e0 long terme en chirurgie bariatrique sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gastrectomie en manchon,<\/li>\n<li>Bypass gastrique standard<\/li>\n<li>Pontage gastrique miniature<\/li>\n<li>Pontage aorto-coronaire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Toutes les op\u00e9rations susmentionn\u00e9es sont efficaces et vous n'avez pas \u00e0 choisir entre les bonnes et les mauvaises, mais \u00e0 trouver la meilleure option pour vous. Dans le cas d'un patient particulier, il y a rarement des conditions qui emp\u00eachent ou favorisent compl\u00e8tement une m\u00e9thode ou une autre. Les objectifs du choix de la m\u00e9thode de chirurgie bariatrique peuvent varier d'un patient \u00e0 l'autre.<\/p>\n<p>La satisfaction \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de la chirurgie est influenc\u00e9e non seulement par la perte de poids, mais aussi par l'apparition d'effets secondaires, et il est possible qu'un patient dont la perte de poids peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un exemple pour tout le monde soit n\u00e9anmoins d\u00e9\u00e7u par le r\u00e9sultat final en raison des effets secondaires.<\/p>\n<p>D'apr\u00e8s notre exp\u00e9rience, le risque de complications chirurgicales imm\u00e9diates telles que les fuites de sutures ou les saignements ne d\u00e9pend pas de la m\u00e9thode chirurgicale choisie et le taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration postop\u00e9ratoire ne varie pas non plus. Il n'y a pas de diff\u00e9rences significatives en ce qui concerne la dyslipid\u00e9mie (taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 de cholest\u00e9rol et de triglyc\u00e9rides dans le sang), l'hypertension, le soulagement des douleurs articulaires et dorsales.
